Belpochta cut the tariff by a factor of three after MART's intervention.

The Ministry of Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade (MART) has established that the Republican Unitary Enterprise Belpochta violated antimonopoly legislation.

According to the regulator, from September 2025 to May 2026, the enterprise maintained a monopolistically high tariff for transmitting data on registered mail items (RPO) to the accounting system. Holding a dominant position in this market, Belpochta included in its rates profit and costs beyond what was necessary. Despite an increase in the volume of records and a decrease in the cost of the service from September 2025 to March 2026, the price for operators remained unchanged.

After MART recognized the enterprise's actions as a violation of the law and included Belpochta in the register of dominant entities, the data transmission tariff for postal operators fell threefold — from 0.15 to 0.05 rubles.
