According to the results of measurements of the quality of mobile cellular communication services for the third quarter of 2026, A1 received the highest scores both in terms of the overall integral assessment of the quality of communication and in most categories. Moreover, all of A1's general integral quality indicators, namely the quality of telephony and data transmission, including telephone radio connection and speech transmission quality, data transmission service availability, data transmission service quality, video playback, and web page loading, have significantly improved.

The study is conducted by the independent regulator BelGIE and is published on the portal hvalya.bel, which regularly assesses the quality of mobile communication of Belarusian operators. The final results are calculated based on a set of indicators that reflect the quality of the most in-demand communication and data transmission services.

For A1, such results have become another confirmation of the effectiveness of consistent work on developing the network and improving the quality of services for subscribers. One of the key areas for improving the quality of communication is the development of the LTE network, which is being implemented by the infrastructure operator BeCloud. Since the beginning of the third quarter of 2026, large-scale improvements have been made for A1 subscribers in more than 120 populated areas of Belarus. The work has affected over 1,700 sectors on more than 200 base stations. This has made it possible to improve the efficiency of equipment operation and create an additional capacity reserve for further growth in mobile service consumption.
