According to the results of measurements of mobile communication service quality conducted by BelGIE for the third quarter of 2026, A1 received the highest scores both in the overall integrated quality assessment and in most categories. Moreover, all of A1's overall integrated quality indicators—namely, telephony and data transmission quality, including radio telephone connection and voice transmission quality, data service availability, data service quality, video playback, and web page loading—have significantly increased.

The study is conducted by the independent regulator BelGIE and published on the 'khvalya.by' portal, which regularly evaluates the mobile communication quality of Belarusian operators. The final results are calculated based on a set of indicators reflecting the quality of the most in-demand communication and data services.

For A1, these results serve as another confirmation of the effectiveness of its consistent work on network development and service quality improvement for subscribers. The company pays special attention to improving infrastructure to ensure reliable communication and a comfortable user experience throughout the country.

"High scores in independent measurements do not appear on their own. Behind them are thousands of hours of work on network development, equipment modernization, and continuous analysis of user experience. We closely monitor how our subscribers' needs are changing and develop infrastructure proactively," said Vladimir Sachkov, Deputy General Director for Technical Issues of A1.

One of the key areas in improving communication quality is the development of the LTE network, implemented by infrastructure operator BeCloud. Since the beginning of the third quarter of 2026, large-scale improvements have been made for A1 subscribers in more than 120 localities across Belarus. The work covered over 1,700 sectors on more than 200 base stations. This has increased equipment efficiency and created additional capacity reserves for further growth in mobile service consumption.

The data were obtained as a result of the evaluation of mobile communication service quality based on observations for the third quarter of 2026, as of October 15, 2026, and may vary from quarter to quarter. The full version of the report is available on the khvalya.by portal.

The development of the LTE network provides subscribers not only with high mobile internet speeds, but also with comfortable access to modern digital services. This is especially important for streaming video, online gaming, video calls, using navigation services, and other everyday tasks that require a stable internet connection.

In addition, A1 subscribers have access to VoLTE technology, which allows voice calls to be made over the LTE network. It provides faster connection when calling, high voice transmission quality, and the ability to talk on the phone while using mobile internet.

As a result of the measures undertaken by A1 in partnership with infrastructure operator beCloud, 99% of the country's residents can use fourth-generation connectivity on the A1 network.

Reminder: A1 subscribers can independently check the quality of their connection and report any possible issues via a special form on the company's website. The obtained information helps specialists take user experience into account when further developing the network.

A1 consistently invests in the development of telecommunications infrastructure and the implementation of modern technologies throughout the country. The company continues to work to ensure that subscribers can enjoy reliable connectivity and comfortable mobile internet regardless of whether they are in a large city or beyond its limits.
