Bought a plane ticket but your plans have changed? Now you don't necessarily have to go to a Belavia office to return it. The company has launched an online service for this.

The airline emphasized that voluntary online refunds can only be processed for bookings where the ticket and additional services were purchased on the website. If at least one service was booked another way, the ticket cannot be returned online.

The refund amount is calculated based on the fare conditions under which the ticket was purchased.
