In Belarus, from January to August 2026, gross domestic product increased by 1.9% compared to the same period in 2025. The first estimate is provided by the National Statistical Committee (Belstat).

GDP in current prices amounted to 209.1 billion rubles, with the deflator index at 113%.

Belstat links the impact on gross value added and GDP to the shift in the timing of grain and rapeseed harvesting in 2026 relative to 2025.
