The Ministry of Taxation and Customs of Belarus reminds that until November 16, 2026, citizens must make a single property payment for 2025. This combined tax has been in effect since 2024.

It includes property taxes, land, and transport fees, and the tax authority will calculate the amount itself.

Since 2024, homeowners, dacha owners, and car owners no longer need to deal with three different invoices. All taxes—on property, land, and transport—are now in one payment. The tax service calculates them itself and sends a notification.

The amount can be paid in several ways: through ERIPS, at a bank branch, by mail, or via the personal account on the nalog.gov.by website.

For those using ERIPS, the MNS has prepared a detailed instruction. In the menu, select "Payments and transfers," then "Calculation System (ERIP)," next "Taxes," specify your city or district, find the IMTN by registration location, choose "Unified Property Payment" and enter the UNP.

If the notification hasn't arrived, do not delay the matter. MNS employees advise visiting the payer's personal account and generating the notice yourself or contacting the tax inspection office at the place of registration.
