September 27 marks World Tourism Day. By this date, the National Statistical Committee prepared an overview of Belarusians' travels last year. It turned out that country residents made a total of 4.7 million trips abroad. Moreover, they reached as many as 120 countries. Speaking of organized tours, travelers most often went to Russia, Turkey, Egypt, the UAE, and Georgia. On average, tourists spent 8 days on their trips. The total cost of all purchased tours amounted to 19,721.1 million rubles.

As for travel within Belarus, local residents made more than 20 million such trips.

Foreign tourists also visited Belarus. A total of 7.4 million such trips were recorded. Altogether in 2025, guests from 86 countries came to us. Within organized tours, groups most often arrived for excursions from Russia, Latvia, Turkey, China, and Estonia. On average, tourists spent 4 days here.
