Belarusbank to introduce a fee for notifications – who will be affected by the changes from October 1

From October 1, 2026, Belarusbank will change the terms for providing notifications on certain bank cards. For some clients, notifications under the "Full" service package will become paid.

Notifications under the "Full" package will become paid for the following cards:

"Shchodraya";

"Lime";

Men's Club;

"Lady" Club;

Easy Card;

#mozhnovsyo;

"Zebra".

For owners of "Persona" Club cards, two packages at once will become paid — "Basic" and "Full".

How to avoid being charged for the package

Clients who do not want to pay for the package renewal can independently switch to the free option in the M-Belarusbank app.

To do this, you need to:

select the desired card;

open the "Settings" section;

click "Activate package";

select the "Economy" package.

There are free push notifications

Another option is to connect free push notifications about transactions via Belarusbank's internet banking.

This option is provided for cards:

"Lady" Club;

"Persona" Club;

"Zebra" Club;

Men's Club;

Easy Card, including cards for students and pupils;

#mozhnovsyo;

"Shchodraya";

"Lime".

For some cards — only notifications about expenses

For a number of other cards, free push notifications will be available only for expense transactions.

These include:

"Carte Blanche" Club;

#nastart Club;

"Velvet" Club;

"Ours" Club;

pupil cards and student cards;

cards for the Ministry of Defense.

What should be done before October 1

Belarusbank recommends that clients check in advance which service package is connected to the card.

If paid notifications are not needed, you can change the settings and choose the free service option before the new terms take effect.
