The state online pharmacy pharmamall.by has taken its operations to a new level. The state-owned enterprise “Belpharma” together with the state-owned enterprise “Belpost” have launched an express delivery service for pharmacy goods that covers all settlements in the country, the Ministry of Health reports.

This step has become an important milestone in the Ministry of Health’s large-scale project to digitize healthcare and increase the accessibility of medication for citizens.

What can be ordered for home delivery?

Couriers will be able to deliver items that do not require special cold‑chain conditions (the permissible storage temperature is no lower than +15 °C):

  • Medicines that can be dispensed without a doctor’s prescription (in accordance with the Ministry of Health’s approved list).
  • Cosmetics, personal care products, hygiene items, and other goods for beauty and health.

What restrictions apply?

According to Belarusian legislation, the service has a number of strict exclusions:

  • Prescription drugs are not delivered by couriers. They can be reserved remotely on the pharmamall.by website, but must be collected in person at the pharmacy.
  • Alcohol‑containing medications with an ethyl alcohol volume fraction exceeding 25 % are not eligible for delivery.

Ordering without the internet

If a customer does not have internet access or needs assistance choosing, an alternative is provided. Orders can be placed and a full professional pharmacist consultation can be obtained by phone by dialing the single short number 169.
