Belarus' foreign trade turnover for eight months exceeded 68 billion dollars

For January–August 2026, the foreign trade turnover of goods in Belarus amounted to $68.0471 billion, with exports reaching $32.3065 billion and imports $35.7406 billion. Compared with the same period last year, turnover grew to 121% at current prices, exports increased by 122.4%, and imports by 119.7%.

This is evidenced by data published on the website of the National Statistical Committee.

Foreign trade remains one of the key indicators of Belarus's economic development, and the latest data show steady growth.

In the first eight months of the current year, the foreign trade turnover of goods exceeded $68 billion.

Exports amounted to more than $32.3 billion, and imports to nearly $35.7 billion.

Compared with January–August 2025, all indicators increased: turnover reached 121%, exports 122.4%, and imports 119.7%.

This indicates the continuation of positive trends in foreign economic activity.
