The Belarusian government has expanded the list of food products for which a partial compensation of transport and logistics costs is provided. Wheat flour, pasta, and chicken eggs have been added to the list, and the compensation amount for them when supplied to distant‑arc countries is set at 30%. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Alexander Turčin.

In Belarus, the pilot project to support food exporters continues.

The government has expanded the list of goods for which transport and logistics costs are partially compensated.

The updated list includes wheat flour, pasta, and chicken eggs.

In addition, the list of countries receiving such support has been expanded to include the Republic of Sierra Leone.

For pasta, wheat flour, and eggs exported to distant‑arc countries, the compensation rate is set at 30%.

The pilot project is implemented in accordance with the Council of Ministers' decree dated August 3, 2026, No. 390.

It provides for partial compensation of transport and logistics costs for producers of goods in 2027 when exporting food products in the second half of 2026 to distant‑arc countries.

The compensation will be provided subject to a number of mandatory conditions.

One of the key requirements is a positive trend in increasing the physical volumes of exports of goods to a foreign country by 10%.

Based on the results of the pilot project, the government will decide on the feasibility of further applying the state support mechanism for exporters.
