In Belagroprombank you can open a charitable account to raise funds for medical assistance for yourself or your loved ones. Specialists from the departments will consult on the new requirements, help you understand the necessary documents and the procedure for using the raised funds.

Starting September 12, 2026, the opening and use of such accounts is regulated by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 7, 2026 No. 304 "On Funds and Charitable Activities in the Healthcare Sector".

How to open a charitable account

  1. Determine who needs the fundraising. You can open an account for yourself, your spouse, or a close relative:
  • parents
  • adoptive parents
  • children, including adopted children
  • biological brothers and sisters
  • grandfather
  • grandmother
  • grandchildren An account can also be opened to raise funds for a person under your guardianship or trusteeship.

One person may open no more than one charitable account for themselves and no more than one for each of the persons listed above.

If you have opened several charitable accounts for the same purpose, the funds must be transferred to one account that meets the requirements of the Decree, and the remaining accounts should be closed. If the existing account does not meet the new requirements, the collected funds must be transferred to a charitable account opened in accordance with the Decree.
