The quota for duty-free import of electric vehicles for individuals has been exhausted. This was reported by customs.

"When planning further customs declaration, one should take into account the need to pay a customs duty of 15% of the vehicle's value," reminded the Customs Committee.

They also noted that for electric vehicles no more than five years old from the date of manufacture, it is possible to apply an exemption from VAT payment.
