• pumping (pumping), compression, gas distribution, gas metering station, gas cooling station, liquid hydrocarbon transfer facility of a major pipeline, reservoir park of major pipeline objects, measurement node for liquid and gaseous hydrocarbons, reception and delivery points for liquid hydrocarbons, oil heating points, loading or unloading terrace, platform with a compressor station at an underground gaseous hydrocarbon storage site – on a land plot bounded by a closed line, at a distance of at least 100 meters from the boundary of the relevant object in all directions;
• capacities for storing and depressurizing condensate, earthen shed for emergency discharge of liquid hydrocarbons – on a land plot bounded by a closed line, at a distance of at least 50 meters from the boundary of the relevant object in all directions.

The dimensions of the protective zones, the name of the major pipeline, the sign attachment (kilometer marker) to the pipeline route, telephone numbers and the address of the dispatch service operated by the entity utilizing this section of the major pipeline are indicated on an informational table placed on identifying posts.

Identification columns 1.5–2 meters high with the informational table are established by the operator along the axis of the major pipeline:

• on straight sections of the route within visual range, but not less than every 500 meters;
• at corners of the major pipeline turn (three posts);
• at places where the major pipeline intersects other
• move, bury, damage identification and signaling signs, control and measurement points, erect any buildings and structures not related to the main pipeline;
• penetrate the territory or open hatches, gates and doors of unmanned amplifier points of cable communication lines, telematics system block-boxes, fences of linear valve units, radio relay stations, cathodic and drainage protection stations, linear and inspection wells and other linear devices, buildings and structures of main pipelines, open and close cranes and gates, disconnect or connect power supply and telematics facilities of main pipelines;
• create landfills, pour acid, salt and alkali solutions;
• destroy bank reinforcement structures, water passage devices, earth and other structures (devices) protecting main pipelines from destruction, and the adjacent territory and surrounding area from emergency spill of the transported product;
• drop anchors, pass with anchors deployed, chains, trawls, nets and trawls, perform dredging and dredging work;
• set up fires and place open or closed fire sources;
• carry out unauthorized excavations and earthworks, as well as perform actions that may disrupt the operation of main pipelines, technological communication and telematics facilities or lead to their damage;
• create recreation areas, tourist campsites and camps, public transport stops, wind power installations, transport interchanges, industrial gardens;
• store feed, fertilizers, materials, hay and straw, sawn and stump wood, place hitching posts, keep livestock, allocate fishery areas, produce fish, aquatic
