The standing commission for coordinating work on promoting employment of the population of the Hotimsk District Executive Committee (hereinafter – the commission) reminds that citizens who are not employed in the economy pay for heating and gas supply services (if they have individual gas heating appliances) at prices (tariffs) ensuring full reimbursement of economically justified costs of providing these services.

In order to be recognized as employed in the economy, it is necessary to submit to the commission documents confirming employment. On the website of the district executive committee, in the section "Decree No. 3", normative legal acts are posted. In Resolution No. 239 "On the procedure for classifying able-bodied citizens as not employed in the economy, forming and maintaining a database of able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy", paragraph 3 contains a list of criteria according to which citizens are recognized as employed in the economy.

Any citizen of working age may submit documents confirming employment in the economy, obtain assistance with job placement, or receive a consultation.
