The operator of the state information system for marking goods with unified control marks or identification means (hereinafter – the marking system), RUE "Publishing House Belblankavyd", in the GIS "Electronic Sign", has put into industrial operation the functionality for transmitting data to the marking system on the basis of a mandate agreement.

Reference: This functionality is intended to provide access rights to business entities of the Republic of Belarus that provide services to participants in the turnover of goods (hereinafter – the Principals) for marking goods with unified control marks and identification means on the basis of a mandate agreement or other document, and to perform operations in the marking system on behalf of the Principal.
