With the onset of cold weather, public transport passengers are concerned not only about the weather outside but also about the temperature inside the cabin. As it turns out, there is a specific temperature threshold for turning on the heating. This was reported by the press service of the Atlasbus service.
Temperature standard
According to the Rules for Passenger Road Transport in Belarus, the driver is required to turn on the cabin heating when the outside air temperature drops below plus 5 degrees.
Cabin temperature is not regulated
However, there is simply no strict standard specifying exactly how many degrees should be maintained inside the bus cabin.
