Asipovichi Kray, October 16, 2026, 9:42. The "Stolichnye" curd cakes are a joint project of OAO "Babushkina Krynka" and OAO "Kommunarka". Their production uses special technologies that allow for the harmonious combination of the highest achievements of the dairy and confectionery industries in Belarus.
The ceremonial launch of production was attended by the general directors of OAO "Babushkina Krynka" Alexander Rudenia, SOAO "Kommunarka" Alexander Nechai, ZAO "Dobronom" Oleg Belinsky, the chairman of the district executive committee Gevorg Melkonyan, and the chairman of the district council of deputies Vladimir Ryzhankov.
In contrast to the well-known products of the Osipovichi branch, the new curd cakes are covered not with glaze, but with natural chocolate, and in terms of composition and taste-aromatic qualities, they represent a modern reinterpretation of recognizable and beloved sweets with a similar name.
Incidentally, the "Stolichnye" curd cakes will initially be sold through the stores of the "Dobronom" trade network. The first batches will appear on sale in just a few days.
According to Natalia Kiselyova, deputy general director for production at OAO "Babushkina Krynka", marketing research revealed a high demand from Belarusian retail chains for curd cakes with high-quality natural chocolate, which opened up the prospect of close cooperation with "Kommunarka", which provided both solid chocolate and equipment for its application to the curd base.
Unlike ordinary confectionery glaze, chocolate is a much more capricious material to work with. However, the Osipovichi branch has successfully mastered all the subtleties of working with it, and in the future, it is planned that curd cakes with natural chocolate will account for about 30% of the total production volume of this product in our city.
What is important is that the cooperation between "Babushkina Krynka" and "Kommunarka" will continue, so the line of curd desserts - "analogs" of popular Belarusian sweets - will grow.
