At the Makeevichi enterprise, about 500 hectares of corn have been harvested as of October 21.

As Yuri Bulbenkov, deputy director of the open joint-stock company, reported, the "queen of the fields" occupies 650 hectares in the farm. A mechanized team has been formed to prepare the corn silage.

• Pavel Timoshenko and Dmitry Kozlov are engaged in mowing and chopping the plants.
• Dmitry Drozdov, Alexander Pronkin, Stanislav Zatrimaylov, Ruslan Spasov, and Artem Tuzhikov transport the green mass from the field.
• Anatoly Fokin, Sergey Novikov, and Mikhail Stepchenko are compacting the raw material in the trenches.

More than 7,000 tons of corn silage have already been prepared.

Hot lunches are organized for the mechanics. Elena Tuzhikova and Anna Komarova are responsible for cooking them, and Dmitry Martynkov delivers the meals to the work site.

In parallel, soil plowing is being carried out in the farm. This work has been entrusted to Sergey Kolotovchenkov and Ilya Vorobyov.

More than 1,300 hectares of winter grain crops have been sown for grain and green fodder.
