Regarding the results of the work of the Belarusian Metallurgical Plant over nine months, personnel policy, and holiday events in October, there was discussion at a meeting between the vice director for implementation of social policy and ideological work of JSC "Belarusian Metallurgical Plant – management company of the holding "Belarusian Metallurgical Company" Andrey Kulaakovsky and the collective of one of the departments of BZMT, according to BETA on the plant.

"In January through August approximately 1 million tons of steel were produced. The enterprise has entered the zone of positive profitability. Payments provided by the enterprise's collective agreement are being carried out in full," emphasized Andrey Kulaakovsky.

Among the main tasks for the collective he named the creation of growth points for plant youth. "Conditions for work, active public life, and self-realization have been created at the enterprise. (Youth.) It is also important to offer their own ideas and directions for development. The administration of the plant is open to constructive dialogue," the vice director emphasized.

He also informed about what events are being prepared in October. "A week of parental love will open a festive concert at the Metalworkers' Cultural Palace, during which we will honor parents whose children have achieved success in studies, science, sports, and culture. A sports-entertainment tournament on roller skates will be organized. For the male part of our team, a dialog platform with participation of authoritative speakers on issues of successfully combining work and fatherhood will be conducted," noted Andrey Kulaakovsky.

JSC "BZMT – management company of the holding "BMK" is a high-tech enterprise in the metallurgy sector. Structurally it consists of related production facilities forming one technological chain – the blast furnace, rolling mill, tube, hardware, and infrastructure workshops.
