Minsk House-Building Plant continues construction of a frame-monolithic high-rise just a stone's throw from the Kamennaya Gorka metro station. This time, everyone interested (no need to be on the waiting list, and certainly no need to have a referral from the executive committee or from work) was offered 30 one-bedroom apartments at once — the most scarce commodity. We tell you how much a square meter costs under the shared-equity scheme and what additional conditions apply.

Many Minsk residents had been waiting for construction of this building to start, because MDK promised not only a great location and monolithic construction, but also square meters "for everyone." As many as 93 apartments. A significant portion of the "shared" square meters in the building under construction within the boundaries of Pritytskogo Street, Proyektiruyemaya No. 2 (a continuation of Skripnikova Street), and Akademika Vyshelesskogo Street has already been allocated. And then such a surprise: the Saturday issue of the newspaper Zvyazda published a project declaration for 30 one-bedroom apartments.

The cost of one square meter is, as they say, "at market rate" — 5,652.60 rubles.

The developer's website shows the following layouts. That is, the area of the one-bedroom apartments ranges from 32 to 37-plus square meters. In total, the most modest apartment in terms of area will cost 181,000 rubles (or almost $60,000 at the current exchange rate).

True, the purchase is not limited to just residential square meters. Apartments are sold with the mandatory purchase of a parking space in the parking garage. And there, a square meter costs 4,300 rubles. That is, with an average parking space area of 13 square meters, you need to pay another approximately 56,000 rubles ($18,500).

So, only people with around 240,000 rubles, or $78,300 equivalent, in reserve can qualify for a new home in the new building.

"Applications for concluding contracts for the creation of shared-equity construction objects will be accepted from 08:30 on October 5, 2026, at the address: Minsk, Ponomarenko Street, 43," the developer clarifies.

The planned completion of construction and commissioning of the facility is July 2027.
