Reconstruction has resumed in Loshitsky Park. This time, work is being carried out on the ruins of the mill and the chapel, which will soon become tourist attractions. Details are provided by the company "Minskstroy."

— The reconstruction will be carried out by the same division that restored the historic buildings of the 18th–19th centuries on Chizhevskikh Street, 17 and in Chizhevskikh Lane, 5 and 6 — SU-19 of Trust No. 1, — noted in the company's Telegram channel. — The builders didn't waste any time. What's happening right now? Reinforcement of the mill's foundations has begun: they are being reinforced with rebar and concreted from the outside and the inside. This will be followed by waterproofing and backfilling. The next stage is the installation of bored piles along the inner contour of the building.

The foundations of the surviving fragment of the chapel have been exposed, and the foundations of the lost part of the building have been uncovered. They are made of rubble stone. In parallel, the slope is being filled in and the embankments are being shaped. Archaeologists are working at the sites.

Recall that the mill building will be three stories tall, with an attic level and a single-story extension. Inside, there will be a summer café, a tasting room, a dining hall, a banquet hall, and a souvenir pavilion. The appearance of the chapel will be recreated in brick. Inside the chapel, a hall will open with a permanent exhibition and rotating themed displays.
