On September 24, sales of the new premium building Elwood will launch in Severny Bereg. It is located right next to the Central Square, which opened last weekend. The highlight is that apartments in the new development will be handed over to buyers ready-made, so there is no need to wait years for the keys.

Elwood is part of the ensemble of Severny Bereg's collection homes, which stand out from the rest with their architecture, location, and other premium features. For example, architects from the UK and the USA took part in developing the concept for this mid-rise building, which ranges from 6 to 8 levels.

The new building will stand on a stylobate, which will feature a children's playground, lounge areas, and other landscaping elements. Beneath the building, there will be a heated two-level parking garage with 173 parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles. The underground level will also have bicycle storage spaces and individual storage rooms for each apartment.

On the ground floor, commercial spaces will open: shops, cafes, restaurants, and so on.

The lobby will be one of the building's standout features. The finishes will include marble flooring, premium materials, and art objects.

In total, Elwood will have 177 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to four-bedroom options. They feature an open-plan layout with areas ranging from 39 to 183 square meters.

Among the building's distinctive features are apartments with terraces on the stylobate and an apartment with a mezzanine.

The developer designed the per-apartment air conditioning system so that the outdoor units are placed on the roof, preserving the facade's integral architectural appearance. In addition, the apartments have refrigerant line routing for connecting air conditioners.

The price per square meter in this wonder building has not yet been announced, but let us recall that Severny Bereg has previously sold collectible real estate. Last year, a square meter in new buildings on the first shoreline started from 4,000 euros at the current exchange rate.
