In Belarus in 2026, owners of apartments, houses, plots and vehicles must close a unified property payment for 2025 by November 16 inclusive. The deadline falls on a Sunday.

Check the amount in ERIP or Personal Account, without waiting for a paper letter.

Verify the objects: are all apartments, dachas, plots, and cars accounted for, with no extras.

Clarify benefits: if they should apply but did not, contact the inspection at your place of residence.

Pay in full or in installments by November 16 inclusive.
