The product does not meet the requirements of the Customs Union technical regulation.

According to the Grodno Regional Inspection of the State Standardization Service, a dangerous household appliance that poses a threat to consumers was identified during supervisory activities. The popular household electric convector heater of the Ballu brand, series Enzo, has been banned.

Experts determined that this product does not comply with the Customs Union technical regulation TR TS 004/2011 “On the safety of low‑voltage equipment.” In particular, the device does not provide the required level of protection against electric shock.

Moreover, the heater violates the requirements of GOST IEC 60335‑1‑2015, which regulates the safety of household electrical appliances. Violations were recorded for the following critical parameters:

• Connection to the power source and external flexible cords
• Fire resistance ratings

The State Committee for Standardization of the Republic of Belarus has issued a directive banning the import and circulation of this product within the territory of the Republic of Belarus, ordering its removal from circulation, and revoking its conformity certificate.
