An open auction for the sale into private ownership of a land plot of 0.1262 hectares at 14A Stekolnaya Street in Gomel for the construction and maintenance of a single-family residential house will be held on September 10. The Telegram channel "Gomel. Official" reports this.

The initial price of the auction item is determined based on the cadastral value of 1 square meter and the area of the land plot.

To participate, applicants should contact Gomelgeodeztsentr at 149 Barykina Street. There, they can also review the auction item, encumbrances (restrictions) on rights to the land plot, and the conditions for its provision.

The deposit must be paid, and the application and set of documents must be submitted by September 7.

The auction will take place if there are at least two participants. If there is only one participant, the auction item will be sold at the starting price plus a 5% surcharge.

The winner (or sole participant) is obliged to pay the amount for the auction item and reimburse the costs for preparing documentation, organizing and conducting the auction in accordance with the estimate (calculation) of actual expenses within 10 working days.

A payment plan may be available by decision of the city executive committee, upon application in the established procedure.
