On September 26, 2026, at 10:34, a limited liability company from Mogilev, which provides personal consumption items and household goods for rent and leasing, was presented with a claim of 39,900 rubles in income tax by the tax inspection for applying a scheme to evade its payment.

The organization, under the guise of issuing loans to an entrepreneur, regularly transferred money to the accounts of its founder, who immediately cashed it out as personal income.

Income tax on the transferred amounts was not calculated and not paid into the budget.

The employees of the tax inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies in the Leninsky district of Mogilev sent a notification to the organization with a proposal to voluntarily calculate and pay the due taxes into the budget, which it did not fulfill.

The inspection drew up an act of a desk audit, and a claim was made for the payment of income tax on individuals in the amount of 39,900 rubles into the budget.
