LLC, a manufacturer of pumps and compressors from Mogilev, paid 205,500 rubles into the budget for using a tax evasion scheme.

During the inspection of LLC's activities, it was found that the company had inflated its expenses, which are taken into account when calculating profit tax, by including rental payments for equipment and premises. The rental agreement for these was formally concluded between LLC and an individual entrepreneur. However, the equipment and real estate in question actually belonged to LLC.

The total amount of funds transferred to the individual entrepreneur was 1,162,900 rubles.

The tax inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Levies for the Leninsky district of Mogilev sent a notice to LLC, suggesting that they calculate and pay profit tax into the budget.

The taxpayer complied with the notice, voluntarily calculating and paying 205,500 rubles in profit tax into the budget.
