The tax inspection presented a claim of 129.7 thousand rubles in taxes to a limited liability company from Mogilev engaged in passenger transportation by taxi, including 125.7 thousand rubles of personal income tax for paying wages "in envelopes".

The carrier paid its employees 483.3 thousand rubles of income without calculating and paying personal income tax. Sources of payment were cash receipts not deposited by drivers into the company's current (settlement) accounts, as well as funds allocated for the organization's operational needs but not used for their intended purpose.

Furthermore, the taxpayer reduced the tax base for the simplified taxation system by 67.6 thousand rubles, resulting in an underpayment of tax amounting to 4.1 thousand rubles.

Employees of the Mogilev Tax Inspectorate for the Oktyabrsky District, who identified violations during desk audit activities, sent a notice to the carrier proposing to voluntarily calculate and pay the due taxes to the budget. However, the carrier did not comply with the notice.

The inspection drew up a desk audit report. A claim for payment of 129.7 thousand rubles in taxes to the budget has been presented.
