On September 22, 2026, at 10:21, a tax inspection presented a claim to a limited liability company from Mogilev, which provides passenger transportation services using taxi cars, for 129,700 rubles in taxes, including 125,700 rubles in income tax for paying wages "in envelopes".

The carrier paid its employees 483,300 rubles in income without calculating and paying income tax on individuals. The sources of these payments were cash revenue that was not deposited by drivers into the company's current (settlement) accounts, as well as funds allocated for the organization's business needs but not used for their intended purpose.

Additionally, the taxpayer understated its tax base under the simplified tax system by 67,600 rubles, resulting in a tax underpayment of 4,100 rubles.

Employees of the tax inspection in the Oktyabrsky district of Mogilev, who discovered the violations during a desk audit, sent a notice to the carrier suggesting that it voluntarily calculate and pay the due taxes to the budget. However, the carrier did not comply with the notice.

The inspection drew up an act of the desk audit. A claim for 129,700 rubles in taxes has been presented for payment to the budget.
