"— The main principle of our agricultural enterprise's work has become stability. We have long followed this path. Precisely when all agro-technical regulations and technologies are meticulously observed, the influence of weather and climatic conditions in agriculture plays an increasingly minor role in the results. Achieving the planned yield is the main principle of successful work of a modern agricultural enterprise. And confirmation of this is the results of this year. Moreover, based on the results of work for the past year, the 'Gazovik-Sipakovo' branch of RUP 'Mogilevoblgas' has been honored to be entered on the regional Board of Honor. This confirms the effectiveness of the chosen development strategy and the selfless labor of each employee of the enterprise.
We obtained everything we had planned for each field, for each crop. Moreover, the harvest practically repeats last year's result exactly, with a slight increase. We have formed an optimal structure of sown areas and obtained an equally optimal result, verified from both economic and production points of view.
The gross volume of grain in the agricultural subdivision this year amounts to almost 12 thousand tons. Wheat occupied 950 hectares, and we obtained 76.5 centners per hectare. From 250 hectares of triticale we harvested 70.5 centners per hectare, from 400 hectares
I want to specifically note that our engineers excellently prepared the equipment for the harvest. Even the combines that have been working with us for more than 12 years operated side by side with the new ones on the same front. Practically every crew harvested more than 1.5 thousand tons of grain. There is hardly any disparity in the harvests among the combine operators. Mechanic Dmitry Dudich achieved high yields, with 2385 tons of grain to his credit. Sergey Butko and Nikolai Privolov harvested more than 1500 thousand tons each. The drivers who transported the grain also did an excellent job. Igor Matveev, Dmitry Bastenkov and Pavel Savkin, for example, each transported more than 3 thousand tons of grain.
I will never tire of repeating that the harvest in the crop farming sector is the result of clear teamwork. Every operation in the field is extremely important, and the harvested crop is the merit of all the workers of our collective who applied all their efforts to grow the harvest in all services that treated and fed the crops, prepared the machinery, plowed and sowed, worked at grain reception at the grain drying complexes, organized each working day, and fed the mechanics in the field.
