Providing the residents of Lida with quality and comfortable housing is one of the key tasks that is under my constant personal control. I visited the construction site in the Sever microdistrict, where large-scale work is currently underway. We are already building the second quarter here, which in terms of scale and project capacity will be even larger than the first. I recall that we began developing this site in 2025, said the head of the district.

In terms of numbers, the entire territory within the boundaries of the large-scale project is almost 66 hectares. The project provides for the construction of 44 residential buildings with a total apartment area of over 230,000 square meters, which will comprise 3,536 apartments. More than 9,000 people will live in the new microdistrict. This will be a full-fledged, autonomous "city within a city" with the necessary infrastructure, including spaces for electric vehicle charging stations, bike paths, bike garages, and dog parks.

Our builders are maintaining a very high standard, and the dynamics of housing construction in Lida are indeed impressive. Since the beginning of the year, we have already achieved significant results: two commercial houses with 153 apartments and two rental houses with 108 apartments have been put into operation, and another house has been reconstructed from a dormitory.

And now, four more high-rise buildings are nearing completion - they are in the final stage. At the same time, we are already creating a reliable construction foundation for next year. I want to emphasize the priority: almost 70% of all square meters being put into operation are rental housing, said Alexander Versotsky.
