On Tuesday, as part of the scheduled personnel day, the chairman of the Lidsk District Executive Committee, Alexander Versotsky, held a series of meetings with the heads of enterprises and organizations in the district. The reason for the interviews was the conclusion or extension of contracts for several key specialists.

Such meetings in the district executive committee have become a good tradition. They give the district's first person the opportunity not just to look at personnel matters formally, but also to personally discuss with the leaders the results of the work of the teams entrusted to them, to compare development plans, and to outline priority tasks for the upcoming period. As Alexander Versotsky emphasized, the main principle of personnel policy in Lidchino remains stability, high professionalism, and a responsible attitude toward the work.

As a result of the interviews, a number of personnel decisions were made aimed at strengthening the district's managerial potential.

Alexander Konstantinovich Vanyukevich – Deputy Chief Physician of Lidsk Central District Hospital;
