The dialogue proved open and meaningful. From the very first minutes of the meeting, Vladimir Sergeyevich set the main principle of his work: to stay informed about district problems, maintain constant contact with people, and assist in resolving relevant issues for them. The district consists of four districts at once – Goretsky, Dribinsky, Mstislavsky, and Chaussky. This is a large territory, a significant number of settlements, and about 65 thousand residents. A deputy's work is built not only on participation in legislative activities in Minsk but also on monthly trips to districts, visits to enterprises and organizations, holding citizen receptions and meetings with labor collectives.

– One week per month is dedicated entirely to work in the district. For me, it is important to visit not only district centers but also agrourban areas, enterprises, institutions and organizations, to talk to people, hear what they live like, and learn their opinions on current issues – emphasized Vladimir Sergeyevich.

The focus of the deputy was both on actual development questions of the enterprise itself and broader topics: the 30th anniversary of the State Farm, priorities of socio-economic development for the next five years, the importance of agriculture, food security, regional development, and quality of life in rural areas.

During the conversation, the deputy highlighted that agriculture for Belarus is a strategic direction upon which food security depends. "We do not have huge reserves of oil, gas, gold or diamonds. Our wealth is land, labor people, our enterprises and the products we produce. It is precisely agriculture that ensures the country food security and forms the state's export potential," he noted.

According to Vladimir Sergeyevich, Belarusian products are well known and in demand not only within the country but also abroad. For consumers, the marking "Made in Belarus" has long become a sign of quality, behind which stand the daily labor of agricultural workers, the responsibility of managers, and systematic state support of the industry.

It is no coincidence that the development of the agro-industrial complex remains one of the key directions of the country's socio-economic development program for the coming years. And OJSC "Plemzavod Lenino" occupies an important place in this system during the conversation. Also discussed was the current stage of work at OJSC "Plemzavod Lenino".

Director Vladimir Pavlov spoke about the changes that have occurred in the agricultural enterprise after it came under the management of LLC MITEOS-Agro. On the surveillance cameras located in the director's office, he showed how the condition of the dairy livestock complexes is monitored, where the production of livestock products has increased. It was noted that today it is important not only to maintain stability, but also to work on technological renewal, effective use of labor resources, and strengthening the production base. The development of the enterprise is constant forward movement.

Special attention during the meeting was given to how the deputy body operates and how residents of the district can address their questions and proposals. Enterprise employees raised the issue of the housing fund, a house that is listed on the balance sheet but is unsuitable for habitation, leaving only a foundation. Complaints were voiced about the quality of water, weak pressure in the water supply, and trees near the residential house. Requests will be sent to the district executive committee, the hygiene and epidemiology center, and the "Goretsky branch of Mogilevoblvodokanal" regarding these appeals.

Enterprise employees thanked Vladimir Pavlovsky for the open conversation and attention to problems.
