MogilevNEWS.by 03.09.2026 About 600 meters of market stalls will be set up for the Day of Belarusian Writing in Kostyukovichi. This was reported to journalists by the Main Department of Trade and Services of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, according to a BELTA correspondent.

“Fifty-three business entities will take part in the trade services for the holiday, including six producers from the Mogilev region, one consumer cooperative enterprise, and other business entities selling catering products. Craftsmen will also take part in the holiday; guests will be able to view and purchase their various wares in the city of masters,” the specialists said.

The market stalls will be located on Komsomolskaya Street, from Leninskaya Street to Krasnoarmeyskaya Street.

“The total length of the market stalls will be about 600 meters. More than 800 seating places will be arranged for the comfortable rest of the holiday guests,” the trade department noted.

Another location of the holiday will be a gastronomic festival. Here, guests and participants will be able to try a variety of national cuisine dishes.

The 33rd Day of Belarusian Writing will be held in Kostyukovichi on September 5–6. As noted by the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee, traffic will be partially closed in the city on these days — until 6:00 p.m. on September 7 — on Leninskaya Street from its intersection with Yunosheskaya Street to the building of the Holy Cross Church (on Leninskaya Street), and on Komsomolskaya Street from its intersection with Leninskaya Street to its intersection with Krasnoarmeyskaya Street (up to the Euroopt store building).

Parking of vehicles is also prohibited on Leninskaya and Komsomolskaya streets. A transit detour has been organized along Zinkovicha Street, Yunosheskaya Street, and Kolkhoznaya Street.

Truck parking is organized on the territory of PMK No. 90 at 103 Zinkovicha Street. Bus parking is at the base of OJSC Kostyukovichi Rayagropromtekhenergo at 156 Leninskaya Street. Car parking is on the territory of PMK No. 260 at 6 Krasnoarmeyskaya Street.

Law enforcement officers ask drivers to choose their routes taking this information into account. “The personnel of the State Traffic Inspectorate are focused on providing assistance to all road users,” emphasized the Department of Internal Affairs of the Mogilev Regional Executive Committee.
