A true celebration of taste, care, and heartfelt warmth was gifted by the company "Babushkina Krynka" to the residents of the Mogilev Social Boarding House "Pearl" (village Soltanovka). As charitable assistance, the enterprise presented a unique gift—a massive cheese head weighing 165 kg, a record‑breaker.
The cheese was presented at the "Kupalie" ("Alexandria Gathers Friends") festival in July, when the decision was also made to donate it to the boarding house. Anticipating the question "Why only now?", the technologists commented: "The maturation period for this cheese is 6 to 9 months. It has just ripened and is ready to eat."
This giant cheese is not merely a product but a true masterpiece of domestic cheesemaking. To produce and carefully bring such a massive head to perfect readiness required hundreds of liters of select milk and strict adherence to the maturation recipe. Yet, without doubt, the main ingredient of this culinary record was love and the sincere desire to bring joy to the residents of the "Pearl" boarding house.
Guests were given a tour of the boarding house, while the residents showcased their talents and presented handmade souvenirs as keepsakes.
