At the Minsk Tractor Plant a prototype underground mining vehicle for transporting people in underground mines was created. This was reported by Belta in the company's press service.

It is a joint project of the plant and JSC “Belaruskali.” The company is interested in expanding its fleet of special vehicles. MTZ specialists traveled to Soligorsk, where they descended into the Beresovsky mine shaft to a depth of 425 m to study the peculiarities of operating equipment underground.

Soon, trials of the BELARUS MT‑902 mining machine will begin at the Soligorsk plant.
