The project has been submitted for public discussion.

In Grodno, they plan to develop a site bordering Tominsky Forest Park, Maslakova Street, and manor-type development. A new residential quarter will appear here, according to the Grodno City Executive Committee.

Project details from the architects:

• Five multi-apartment buildings of variable height (9-11-19 floors).
• "Car-free courtyards": parking moved outside the perimeter, inside – recreation zones, children's and sports playgrounds.
• Infrastructure: social and household service facilities in built-in premises on the first floor of building No. 4.
• Transport: two accesses from Krasnознаменnaya Street. Access to the GK "Khimmik" will be reorganized from Slavinskogo Street.

How and when can one review the project and express an opinion?

Discussions will run from October 12 to October 26, 2026.

You have several ways to participate:

• Visit the exhibition: From October 12 to October 26 (Mon-Fri, 8:00-13:00 and 14:00-17:00) at the address: Pl. Antonina Tyzenhauza, 3.
• Attend the project presentation: October 22, 2026 at 15:00 at the same address (Pl. Tyzenhauza, 3, room 1).
• Send comments and proposals: By October 26 to email gorisp@gorod.grodno.by or arhitektura@gorod.grodno.by (with the note "public discussion").

The results will be published on the website grodno.gov.by.
