Belinvestbank has changed the conditions for real estate financing loans. Now borrowers can take advantage of a grace period of up to 24 months.

For the first two years, an interest rate of 10.90% per annum applies.

What the rate will be afterwards

After the grace period ends, the rate depends on the purpose of the loan:

• for real estate construction — 14.41% per annum;
• for purchasing ready-made real estate — 14.90% per annum.

Thus, for the first 24 months, the loan is more affordable, which allows borrowers to reduce their financial burden at the initial stage.
