Belinvestbank has changed the terms of its real‑estate financing loan. Borrowers can now take advantage of a grace period of up to 24 months.

For the first two years the interest rate is 10.90% per annum.

What will the rate be afterward?

After the grace period ends, the rate depends on the purpose of the loan:

• for construction of real estate — 14.41% per annum;
• for purchase of ready‑made real estate — 14.90% per annum.

Thus, the first 24 months of the loan are cheaper, which helps borrowers reduce their financial burden at the outset.
