A limited liability company from the Bobruisk district, which provides vehicle maintenance and repair services, was fined 29.9 thousand rubles by the tax inspection for illegal minimization of tax obligations.

The inspection established that the company had substituted employment relations with workers who were registered as individual entrepreneurs. Thus, the organization attempted to avoid paying personal income tax. The total amount of payments made was 242.3 thousand rubles.

Employees of the tax inspection for the Bobruisk district, who identified the violations during a camera control procedure, sent a notice to the LLC proposing to voluntarily calculate and pay the due tax amount to the budget.

The taxpayer complied in full, calculated and paid the personal income tax to the budget in the amount of 29.9 thousand rubles.
