More and more old Belarusian estates are finding their investors. At this rate, a boom in new hotels, resorts and restaurants should occur within five to six years. Today an owner found another object—the Olesh-Berezhnovsky manor estate in Stolin district. How much was paid for it?

It is worth noting that this estate had previously been sold on the "BUTB-Property" platform. This year's spring auction saw the lot go at auction with a significant price increase above the starting price. However, the previous deal fell through, and the architectural gem from the late 19th century was once again attempted to be acquired by new hands. The property was successfully purchased.

Two participants registered for today's auctions. In two and a half hours they made 33 bids. As a result, the price increased 4.3 times—from an initial 12,892 rubles to 54,792 rubles. In the previous sale at the same initial price, the selling price was higher—128,278 rubles—but then there were four bidders.

"The winner of the auction was a private construction organization from the Brest region," clarified BUTB-Property.

The buyer will receive a two-story red-brick mansion with an annex, a cellar and a well with a total area of 426.1 square units, as well as a right to lease the plot for 50 years.

A pleasant bonus for the investor: the building has no status of historical-cultural value, which relieves them of strict bureaucracy during repairs. The only requirement for the new owner is to preserve the historic architectural appearance. The complex can be used for anything: from a residential house and agroestate to a restaurant or retail facility.
