Working trips of the district administration to agricultural organizations continue. The next object visited by the chairman of the district executive committee Yevgeniy Shkrobats was the dairy farm complex "Lyaskovichi" of JSC "Agra-Lyaskovichi".

This is a modern, high-tech logical complex, put into operation not so long ago, and is under the personal control of the head of the district vertical of power. The purpose of the visit was planned, but with a maximally objective character – control over the preservation of the herd, assessment of the readiness of the facilities for winter, and transition to the winter-stall period. As of today, the total number of cattle in the complex is 2050 heads of large horned livestock, and each group requires an individual technological approach.

The route of the district head's movement around the farm was literally mapped out step by step, which allowed for a detailed study of the organization of production at each stage. The visit began with the main cowshed, where the maternal herd is kept – 900 heads of dairy cattle. It is from here that the main product of the farm comes. Nearby, in a separate section, the chairman familiarized himself with the maintenance and course of feeding 96 cows.

Great attention was paid to the future of the farm – the renewal of the herd and the cultivation of young animals – during the monitoring. The district head visited the section for heifers under insemination, where 250 heads are currently located, as well as looked at the conditions in which 115 already inseminated animals are kept. The next point was the calf houses of different age groups. First, the chairman visited the profilactorium, where he talked with the caregivers and checked the condition of the smallest wards – 250 calves are currently growing up here. Then, the management went to the young animals aged from 3 to 6 months. On the day of the check, there were 186 animals in the calf house. Here, the issues of organizing feeding and feeding of animals were studied in detail.

However, the main topic of the detailed analysis at the MTK "Lyaskovichi" was the correction of the feeding ration when switching to the winter regime. This direction in the economy has a strictly systematic character and is completely based on a scientific approach and laboratory research of feed. Every two weeks, silage and haylage are sent for analysis to determine their nutritional value. Specialists monitor the balance of the feed table, the content of protein, starch, and protein, so that the ration provides maximum milk yield.

On the farm, all conditions have been created, and an electronic database has been developed, thanks to which the process is completely controlled: a separate, accurately verified "menu" has been formed for each technological group. Cows in the milking unit, medium-yielding animals, as well as cows in the launch sections of the first and second periods of dryness, have their own ration.

Summing up the results of the visit, the chairman of the district executive committee emphasized the human factor and the minute accuracy of all processes: – The transition to the winter-stall period.

This period is an exam of endurance, where the result depends on the implementation of technologies. In modern animal husbandry, there are no minor details, everything works like a single and very serious mechanism. On the farm, an excellent base has been created, there are all conditions for control, and rations are drawn up for each group. Now the main thing is to do everything strictly according to the instructions and on time. If you deviate from the schedule for feeding or milking by just 15 minutes, the system will immediately fail, and the farm will experience a decrease in milk yield. Technological discipline and the responsibility of each worker in their place - this is what guarantees us high production indicators, profitability, and high-quality milk, - summarized the head of the district.

Following the results of the inspection, specific tasks were set before the collective and specialists of the MTK "Laskavichy" to ensure impeccable maintenance of the technological chain during the winter period.
