The largest number of young personnel this season were welcomed by the teams of SPK “Druzhba‑Autyuки,” the agricultural branch “Zelenochi,” and the experimental base “Krinichnaya.”

On the region’s agricultural enterprises, they strive to create the most comfortable and dignified conditions for today’s students: they provide well‑maintained housing, assign experienced mentors, and also include substantial social benefits, guarantees, and monetary compensation in collective agreements.

The first steps in the profession are the most important and responsible. To learn firsthand how young agrarians are settling into their workplaces, the district trade‑union organization of the food and agrarian sector traditionally conducts a large‑scale monitoring of working conditions, daily life, and social support for newcomers. Such visits help keep a finger on the pulse and resolve everyday issues promptly.
