A solemn meeting dedicated to a landmark date - the 30th anniversary of the founding of OAO Belarusian Cement Plant - took place at the district Culture Center. The hall was filled with a festive atmosphere. From the stage, sincere words of congratulations were heard, addressed to those who build the country's future with their daily labor.
