On social networks, people laugh about a rental advertisement in Vilnius. The offered apartment is in dire need of cleaning, and the landlords said that the prospective tenant must have construction skills.

The apartment on the first floor has one room, a separate kitchen and toilet. The house is brick, with stove heating.

— “We need to tidy up, so we are looking for someone with construction skills. The price is €250 per month,” wrote the owners. Internet users were amused by the condition of the property.

Some noted that such a place does not need renovation — it needs to be blown up and rebuilt. Others clarified: “Maybe the person meant that they pay €250 per month for living and tenant cleaning?” The owners were shamed and advised to at least take out the trash and unwanted items to the dump.
