The labor landing party was distributed across all key industries. The largest reinforcements were received by the agro-industrial complex and industry — 39 people. This is logical: it is precisely these spheres that serve as the drivers of the district's economy, and there is a constant demand here for young technologists, agronomists, livestock specialists, engineers, and highly skilled workers.

Education and healthcare received reinforcements of 25 and 26 specialists respectively. For the education system, this is particularly important: the influx of young teachers not only helps fill vacancies but also brings fresh methodologies, digital tools, and a modern perspective on learning to schools. In healthcare, young doctors and nurses are the key to ensuring access to quality medical care for residents even in the district's most remote communities.
