Being a mother of many children is a huge effort, and being a successful entrepreneur at the same time is a true art. Elena Skritskaya from Bobruisk, founder of the holiday agency 'Time of Celebration' and mother of three children, proved this in practice. She became one of the three winners of the republican competition 'BusinessMAMA-2026', presenting a unique project that has no analogues in the country. The competition, organized with the support of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Belarus and Belinvestbank, gathered active women from across the country. Out of numerous applications, only 10 participants made it to the final, presenting the most socially significant and promising ideas.
As Elena told, the proposal to participate in the competition came from the economics department of the Bobruisk City Executive Committee, and this became the very necessary impulse.
– 'In our 'idea chest' we had long been keeping the presentation of the project 'Code of Belarus,' – says Elena Skritskaya. – We wanted to bring it to life, but we kept postponing it all the time. The competition became a great start to think everything through down to the smallest detail. Literally in three days we prepared the product, developed a business plan, calculated costs, payback, and social significance. Any victory, even a small one, motivates to move forward. It's great that the state supports mothers and allows interesting ideas to come to life.'
The project 'Code of Belarus' is an interactive entertainment-educational platform created on the basis of domestic equipment. Having worked in the holiday industry for 15 years, Elena felt: standard contests no longer 'grab' the audience. Modern children and youth need gadgets, dynamics, and a competitive effect.
– 'We wanted to combine notes of patriotic upbringing with an interactive platform that would be interesting for children. That's how our gadgets appeared: noise meters, motion sensors, interactive buttons. During the game participants (who can be not only schoolchildren but also work teams on team-building events) learn interesting facts about Belarus. For example, through the 'Your Choice' system we test knowledge about our country. This allows people to be more informed about important events in a game, engaging form.'
The uniqueness of the product lies in the fact that in Belarus it has no direct competitors. Moreover, at the competition Elena found points of contact with other participants: for example, the casings for the gadgets in the future can be printed on a 3D printer from secondary raw materials, a project presented by another contestant.
Despite the creative component, “Belarus Code” is a calculated business project. Elena developed three systems for its implementation:
– We calculated that even if we work only in our region, holding about 30 events a year, the product fully pays off and starts generating profit. This is a promising direction that can work in all regions of the country, – shares the businesswoman’s plans.
For Elena, success is built on honesty and the ability to listen to people. And motherhood has become for her a powerful resource. It taught her to value every minute, make instant decisions, and be flexible in any situation.
Today Elena Skritskaya continues to develop her agency and strengthen her team. She is confident – there are still many bright events ahead. Because when “Belarus Code” is in the hands of a talented mother, success is inevitable.
