Autumn is time not only for leaf fall, but also for tax obligations. In Belarus, a campaign for paying the unified property payment continues. We remind that the final deadline for calculations is November 16.
For the second year already, property and transport owners in Belarus have been using a simplified system: instead of several invoices, one general invoice arrives. The tax inspection handles all calculations, and the payer simply needs to make the payment on time.
The fastest way is to use the ERIP system. The action algorithm is simple:
Payment can also be made via internet banking, at post office branches or banks, or through the "Payer's Personal Cabinet" on the official MNS website.
What to do if you don't receive the notice? Don't wait for a paper letter in your mailbox. Log in to your personal cabinet on the nalog.gov.by portal. There is always up-to-date information available there, and if necessary, you can generate a receipt yourself. If you discover an error in your property data, you can submit a request for clarification through your personal cabinet—the tax authority will check information from state registers and may recalculate if needed.
The unified payment combines three components:
An important nuance: in 2026 we pay taxes for 2025. If you sold or bought a car or apartment during the previous year, the amount in the notice will be adjusted proportionally to the number of months you owned the property.
The payment amount directly depends on the weight of your vehicle:
If after receiving the notice you have questions about the amount of charges, the document always lists the contact phone numbers of tax service specialists who can help you understand the details. Do not postpone payment until the last day — take care of your obligations in advance.
