Gomel State Chemical-Technical College is the first in Belarus to offer a secondary vocational program for the oil sector. The course, titled "Operation and Maintenance of Oil and Gas Fields," will train 28 students out of about 70 applicants, with practical training at Belorusneft facilities where graduates are guaranteed jobs.
