In Drogičín, Belarus, a new facility will be built to produce glucose meters and test strips for diabetic patients. The project follows a Russia‑Belarus memorandum signed by Exxon and MedTechService in Irkutsk, using Russian technology. The plant is expected to improve access to medical devices in the region and create jobs.
